I rebuid alot of transmissions mostly Allison and I think their Transynd Fluid is fantastic.It must be pretty good because they triple the miles between changes if you use it.It is made by Castrol. I am not sure if you guys know that GM has not licenced Dexron lll since December 2006.Anything you see on the shelf is either old stock or something that says use where Dexron lll is called for.Basically thats what I call (pretend dexron lll).Also Mercon is not licenced now either.We have a choice of Dexron Vl or Mercon V for Ford. I will soon be rebuilding my 85 trans,and then I will deceide what to do in that department. FOR SALE NEW filter kit for the 700-R4 (4L60) transmission.
